Hi Trevor, thanks for the post and sorry for the loss. This feels like a great example of "the new local". Soccer's the most international sport, yet it hardly has the emotional impact "here" in the states as our own American Football. Yet your post starts breaking down that barrier, making it personal and real to me through your own experience.
Guys - forgive me for sharing this. George died today - my soccer hero. He is now at peace with God
